1. Who is behind this site

This site, Neuronym, is a portfolio of .si domain names offered for sale. It is operated by:

The business is entered in the Slovenian business register (AJPES). The data controller for the personal data described below is the business named above. The activity does not require a special licence or permit and is not a regulated profession, so there is no professional body or supervisory authority to name.

2. What this site does not do

• It does not use cookies and does not set any identifiers in your browser.
• It has no advertising, tracking pixels, social-media plug-ins or third-party fonts. Everything is served from this site.

3. Data we handle

a) When you send an offer or a question through the form

We receive the data you type: domain, amount offered (if any), your name, your e-mail address and your message. We also see the country your request came from (derived from your IP address by our hosting provider). Your IP address is not stored by us.

• Purpose: to read and answer your message and, if you want, to negotiate a sale.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Retention: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a sale takes place; then the records needed for accounting and tax are kept for as long as the law requires.
• Sharing: we do not sell or share your data for marketing. It is processed only by the service providers in section 4.

b) When you simply visit the site

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and requested page to deliver the site, protect it against attacks and produce aggregate traffic statistics. We see only anonymous totals (e.g. visits per country). This processing is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

c) If you write to us by e-mail

Your message and address are used only to reply, and are kept as in (a).

d) No automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. Every offer is read and answered by a person.

4. Service providers (processors)

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, security, DNS, forwarding of e-mail from the form. Data may be processed in the USA; Cloudflare relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
• Google (Gmail) — our mailbox where your message is received.
• If you complete a purchase through Sedo or another escrow service, that service handles the payment and transfer under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@neuronym.si. You may also complain to the supervisory authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec Republike Slovenije (www.ip-rs.si) or the authority in your own EU country.

Providing data through the form is voluntary; without your name and e-mail we cannot answer you.

6. Sales terms in short

• Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. A sale exists only when both sides agree in writing on the price and terms, and the payment has been confirmed.
• Payments are normally handled through an escrow service (for example Sedo or Escrow.com), which releases the money to the seller once the domain has been transferred. The domain is never transferred before the payment is secured.
• The seller may decline any offer and may withdraw any domain at any time.
• The transfer of a .si domain is made by changing the registrant with the buyer's registrar, following the rules of the .si registry (Register.si / ARNES).
• The seller is not a VAT payer, so agreed prices are final and no VAT is added; invoices state the legal basis for this. Prices on third-party marketplaces and on this site may differ.

7. Information for consumers

This section applies if you buy as a private person (consumer), not for your business or profession. Before a contract is concluded with a consumer we send this information again by e-mail.

• Seller: see section 1.
• What you buy: the right to be registered as holder (registrant) of the named .si domain name. A website, hosting, e-mail, content or brand rights are not included.
• Price: the price agreed in writing, in euros. It is final: the seller is not a VAT payer and charges no VAT. We charge no other costs; fees of an escrow or payment service, if any, are shown by that service before you pay.
• Payment and performance: payment is made through the escrow service or by bank transfer, as agreed. Once the payment is secured, the seller starts the transfer of the registrant to your registrar account. This normally takes a few days.
• Right of withdrawal: as a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, send a clear statement to contact@neuronym.si (you may use the form below). We refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.
• Transfer within the 14 days: if you want the transfer to be carried out before the 14 days have passed, you must ask for it expressly. Where the law allows, you then lose the right of withdrawal once the transfer has been fully completed, and you acknowledge this when you make the request.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
• Complaints: please write to us first at contact@neuronym.si. You may also report a breach to the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia (Tržni inšpektorat RS).

8. No affiliation, no trademark rights

Domain names are offered as available names. Selling a domain name does not grant any trademark, copyright or other rights in a brand. Brand names, logos, colours and screens shown in the "concept" visuals are illustrations created for this site only. They are not real products, and Neuronym is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any company, product or trademark owner. If you believe a domain or text on this site infringes your rights, write to contact@neuronym.si with the details; we will respond promptly and, where appropriate, remove the listing.

We may update this notice; the date at the top shows the latest version.
